    SPECIAL CALLED MEETING AND 2024-2025 ACTION PLAN PUBLIC HEARING

    March 6, 2024 – 3:00 P.M.

     

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Owensboro Citizen’s Advisory Committee for Community Development will hold a Special Called Meeting/Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Owensboro City Hall, 101 East 4th Street, Owensboro, Kentucky 42303 in the Commission Chambers on the fourth floor.  City staff will address the preparation of the FY 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan.  The meeting will also be livestreamed on the City of Owensboro Facebook page and Owensboro.org.

     

    The purpose of the Special Called Meeting /Public Hearing is to approve minutes; receive a progress report on 2023-2024 Community Development activities; provide information on eligible and ineligible Community Development Block Grant activities and the estimated amount of funds available during the 2024-2025 program year; and host an open forum for public comment concerning housing and community development needs, as well as proposed projects in Owensboro for the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan.
