    SPECIAL CALLED MEETING AND

    2023-2024 ACTION PLAN PUBLIC HEARING

    April 13, 2023 – 3:00 P.M.

     

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Owensboro will hold a Special Called Meeting and Public Hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Owensboro City Hall, 101 East 4th Street, Owensboro KY 42303 on the fourth floor. City staff will address the preparation of the FY 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan. The meeting will also be livestreamed on Facebook @CityofOwensboro and owensboro.org.

     

    The purpose of the Special Called Meeting/ Public Hearing is to approve minutes; provide information on eligible and ineligible Community Development Block Grant activities and the allocated amount of funds available during the 2023-2024 program year; and host an open forum for public comment concerning housing and community development needs, as well as proposed projects in Owensboro for the 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan. Verbal and written citizen comments will be considered. Please submit comments to abby.shelton@owensboro.org.
