The Seven Hills Neighborhood Alliance is excited to announce its upcoming First-Time Home Buyer Workshop, scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2024. The free workshop will take place at Trinity United Methodist Church, 2815 Old Hartford Road at 6:00 p.m. Members of the City of Owensboro Community Development department will facilitate the workshop.

Designed to empower prospective home buyers with essential knowledge and guidance, this informative session will cover the basics of homeownership, managing credit and budgeting, securing a mortgage, navigating the home search process, understanding home inspections and insurance, as well title searches, closing procedures, available down payment assistance and first-time home buyer programs.

Families are welcome to attend, and snacks will be provided. Interested participants are encouraged to reserve their seats.
