The City of Owensboro intends to submit an application for a U.S. Department for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Pro Housing Pathways to Removing Obstacles grant. This grant application is a significant step toward enhancing housing opportunities and removing barriers to affordable housing within our community. In preparation for the application submission, the City of Owensboro Community Development Department has posted the application for public review and comment at Owensboro.org.

The City of Owensboro will hold a public hearing for comments on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in City Hall Commission Chambers, 101 East 4^th Street.
