CITY SANITATION YARD-WASTE COLLECTION BACK ON SCHEDULE

 

Wide-spread tree damage caused by local storms resulted in higher-than-normal amounts of yard-waste being placed at the curb for collection by city crews. Over 550 tons of storm debris was collected. After two city-wide sweeps to collect debris, the Sanitation Department will return to routine yard-waste collection. With routine collection, the six inch diameter residential restriction to limbs/logs will once again be enforced.
