JOINT CITY/COUNTY MEDIA NOTICE – WARMING SHELTER WILL OPEN TONIGHT

 

A warming shelter will be open tonight at 6:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church (230 J.R. Miller Boulevard, Owensboro, Kentucky) for those needing shelter from the extreme wind and cold that is forecast for our area over night.  Wind chills will be in the negative single digits tonight.  Please check on friends, relatives, and bring pets into warmth as temperatures will be dangerously cold.
