                NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Owensboro will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. in Owensboro Commission Chambers at City Hall, 101 E. Fourth Street, Owensboro, KY 42303, to receive public comments on substantial amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan.
